Kick-start your academic funding journey with part 1 of this three-part Grant Writing series for PhD candidates, organised by the Groningen Graduate Schools in collaboration with the ENLIGHT PhD network and PhD organisation Gopher.
This online, but interactive workshop is designed for PhD candidates interested in an academic career and offers practical insight into the grant landscape, academic career paths, funders’ expectations, and the building blocks of a strong CV. You will also learn when to start preparing for future grant opportunities and what to focus on at each stage.
The workshop is led by Prof. Ingrid Molema, an experienced grant writer and evaluator, and includes plenty of opportunity for questions.
Beginner's Guide to Grant Writing is part 1 of our three-part series on grant writing for PhD students and Postdocs:
- Part 2: From chaos to focus: how to develop your own research plan in academia
- Part 3: Rubicon Grant Writing
(All courses can be taken separately as well.)
