The minimum number of participants for CPS workshops/courses/events is 6, unless stated otherwise. If fewer registrations are received, the workshop/course/event may be cancelled and in that case the registration fee (if applicable) will be refunded.

Cancellation by the participant
Free cancellation of your participation is possible until 8 full days before the workshop date. For example, if the workshop takes place on 12 June, cancellations must be received on 3 June at the latest.
No refund will be issued for cancellations received within 8 full days before the workshop date.
How to cancel your participation
Please remember to cancel your participation if you are unable to attend, so that your place can be offered to someone else. You can cancel your participation via the "My overview" page or by sending and email to phd-cps@rug.nl.
